These are the amazing people who are a part of the governance team that keeps the coalition moving forward.

The Board of Directors has an annual meeting when officers are elected.

The following are the current Board of Directors Officers and Members:

Ali Bousquin, Chair of the Board – Family Ministry Director at Bethany Church. Ali has been a member of RCFY for the past few years and joined the board of directors in 2011. We are excited to have her become Chair of the Board as of May 1, 2017.

Greg SevinskyVice Chair of the Board is the General Manager of Walmart Distribution.  Greg has supported the efforts of RCFY since Walmart arrived in town. Greg is also involved with JAG (Jobs for American Graduates) and knows the value of investing in our youth. He brings his strong business background, experience working to support young people and passion for making a difference.

Tricia Wentworth, Secretary joins the team as a Guidance Counselor at Raymond High School. Tricia has been involved with RCFY since its beginning. She brings a strong knowledge of the community and especially the youth. She is connected to the 21 Century After School program and the RCFY “My Choice” Diversion program. She is in touch with the many issues youth and families are dealing with, and will be a voice to help drive programming to make a difference.

Pat Arsenault, Treasurer is the director of our 21st Century After School Program in the Raymond School District.  Pat grew up in Raymond and has a passion for supporting our youth and the community as a whole.  He understands the importance of adults taking an active role in being involved with young people and sees everyday the difference it makes. Pat has been involved with RCFY since 2006 in one way or another and was elected in as Treasurer in 2012 and as Secretary in 2015.

Dustin Ramey, Development Director - Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, and Raymond Area Rotary Club member. Dustin is very active in the community, and brings action and commitment to helping and improving our community. Dustin recently joined the board of directors in July of 2016!

Cutler Brown, Veteran & Concerned Citizen, has been a very involved volunteer with RCFY for some time. He has been working on becoming a board member for a while and we are happy to have him join us as a board member as of May, 2017.

Carrie Chooljian, Care Manager - Lamprey Health Care. She was voted onto the BOD in May, 2016. Carrie has been involved with RCFY, attending monthly meetings for the past several years representing Lamprey Health Care. She is dedicated to the mission of RCFY and understands the value that RCFY brings to our community and beyond. Carrie has strengthened our partnership and collaboration with the medical community to better serve patients and raise awareness to the general public overall. She is a team player who brings great ideas and has a hands on approach to making a difference.

Chief David Salois, The Chief of the Raymond Police Department has been involved with RCFY since the idea of a coalition started back in 2001. He is a founding member and his Police Department plays a vital role in much of what RCFY does. He stepped back from the board in 2011 to let new people get involved. Knowing the difference that RCFY makes in the community and the struggles communities are facing, especially since Rockingham County has been determined to be a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area as of 2014, he decided he wanted to play a bigger role in the work of RCFY and was our Board Chair until May of 2017.

John Schermerhorn, MD is a founder of The Road Foundation and partner and practitioner with Road to a Better Life. He works directly with patients suffering with addiction and substance misuse disorders, and is working on the front lines of prevention every day. He brings amazing up-to-date information about what is happening in the state, what is working and how to help people. He joined the board in May of 2017.

Bill Sparks brings a strong business background as a retired Executive and is connected to the community in many ways, especially as a former employer of young people in the community. He has program and systems knowledge that will help bring RCFY forward. He has a history of giving back to the community and it is a natural fit for him to be involved with RCFY at the board level.
